Can Tarlan founded RS CTA Textile Ltd. Company and Nocturne in 2013, later extending the company to RS CTA LLC in NYC/USA. He is the general manager and the sole owner of said companies and the Nocturne brand.

Aiding and collaborating with numerous charity organizations throughout his career, Tarlan supported the educational costs of 20 young women within the ‘Nocturne Hope’ project in collaboration with Ece Sükan. He has given business lectures to fashion design students at Istanbul Arel University and Beykent University. His hobbies include fashion, travel, tennis, and photography in addition to being fluent in Turkish, English, French, Portuguese, and Spanish.
